Music has been an essential part of Chip's life since he was 7 years old and he has since become an ardent musician. He has sung professionally at countless events across the greater Seattle area and instructed dozens of youth in rhythm guitar performance. His performances been featured on local Seattle news stations like King 5 and nationally on CBS. Here you will find Chip's musical experience and recordings of his performances.

- Performed in a SATB quartet in numerous venues for audiences ranging between 3 and 1,000+
- Able to perform 70+ songs on request and from memory
- Served as spokesman, pitch piper, song chooser and coordinator for the quartet
Seattle Chamber Singers 2013-2014
- Directed by Clinton Smith
- Performed several major works which were prepared in a few weeks time
Nature Consortium, Rainier Vista Boys & Girls Club 2011-2013
- Conducted classroom training instructing youth and teenagers in guitar tuning, proper playing techniques & posture, chords and chord transitions
- Developed take-home and classroom materials for students
- Maintained Boys & Girls Club guitars

- Toured Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania in the choirs in 2005
